Summary:
International Financial Management provides you with a conceptual framework within which the key financial decisions of the multinational firm can be analysed. The module focuses on decision making in an international context, building on, and extending, the valuation framework provided by domestic corporate finance to account for dimensions that are unique to international finance.

Internationalisation
This module examines corporate finance in a multinational context. Students are familiarised with what makes a multinational company, financing a multinational corporation, international working capital management, various multinational environments and how they affect current multinational corporations worldwide.

Employability
This module equips students with the knowledge to run a company in a global context, including their understanding of the changes in exchange rates, reading annual reports and understanding the movement of interest rates, ability to understand the analytical report on currency risk, and to understand how government policy affects markets and exchange rates. They also develop team-working and presentation skills through their group assignment.
